The challenge

Meridian inspired people with rich editorial content, then dropped them into a generic booking funnel. The shift in language and layout made the experience feel like two unrelated products.

Our response

We built one continuous journey where saved places, practical constraints, and live options progressively form an itinerary.

01Connect

Connect

One mental model from dream to departure.

We linked stories, places, saved ideas, and bookable inventory through a single trip object that becomes more concrete as the traveler decides.

02Compose

Compose

Editorial warmth with product discipline.

A flexible art direction combines cinematic crops, strong typography, and precise interaction patterns without sacrificing speed or scannability.

03Adapt

Adapt

Planning that moves naturally between screens.

Desktop supports comparison while mobile prioritizes capture and review, with state and intent preserved between both contexts.

1connected discovery and booking journey

Illustrative outcomes for this fictional case-study narrative, not results from a real client engagement.

It preserves the excitement of discovery all the way through the practical decisions.
